In Feb 2018, Jacq was successful in applying to cover the forecourt of the Rockingham Art Centre. A huge 400sqm+ area. She designed a huge black and white vortex. Two part paint was used and over 10 days, 4 artists lead by Jacq slowly completed the mural. the following photos are courtesy of Rockingham Council:
Back in 2012, Jacq Chorlton joined amazing airbrush artist James Collier from Creative Works __ and utterly amazing Graphic Designer Tanya Collier from Tickle the Imagination _ to design and paint the old St John Ambulance station in Rockingham. Over 300 square metres of wall had to be painted. It was completed over 2 months working a few hours each week... This building has been transformed into Rockingham Regional Art Centre with both gallery and studio space
Another mural that Jacq designed was for BP. In December 2015, Jacq and two other artists painted 200 metres of wall running alongside a cycle path surrounding a newly built petrol station. The theme of Tuarts and Cockatoos was inspired by the local surroundings. The photo below is just a small section of this huge wall!
Anytime Fitness, a gym in Baldivis, with a 2m x 3m mural. Jacq drew this one up using chalk pastels as the plan is to change it every other month
