My name is Jacq Chorlton. I have drawn and painted ever since I can remember. I studied Fine Art, Sculpture and photography at Surrey Institute of Art and Design. My family and I migrated to Perth in Octoner 2007. I am a mum of two little boys, so my life is jam packed! I have always painted on large canvases and a wall is the next best thing! I have painted my boys room to a sea / pirate theme complete with Polka dot flags and am now seeking new and exciting projects. I have a few walls and themes lined up for the next few months and so as I am completing them, I shall be putting photos on the 'Bedroom Wall' page. April 2009 I entered a sculpture 'We three kings' into the Rockingham Castaway Awards, consisting of 3 steel chimneys, tea strainers and kilometres of copper wire, I came second in the peoples choice award. I am now working on my next entrance due for the beach in April 2010....photos will be posted of it soon. Illustrations are now finished for the childrens book, due to be published this year...for a sneeky peak, check out www.colourmein.com.............
